We at Uepaki.com doesn’t charge any fee from buyers or employers on our platform. Buyers and employers are only liable to pay a payment processing fee (charged by our third party payment processors) in addition to the value of products or services purchased on the platform. The details of payment processing fees vary in accordance to the payment mechanism opted on the platform.

Selling products on the marketplace is totally free and doesn't demand any upfront fee. However, on successful sale of products, sellers will be charged a one time commission fee. Get an exact idea of our commission fee for your product category below.

A nominal Collection Fee is applicable on all orders—both Prepaid and Postpaid—received by sellers through Uepaki. This fee helps cover transaction and collection processing costs and varies based on the payment method used by the customer:
The standard collection fee is 2% of the final selling price, which includes the total product value and any express shipping charges, if applicable.

Each product category has its own commission table with three price slabs and two price-break thresholds. Your rate also depends on your seller tier. Pick your category in the calculator below to see the exact numbers for your products.

Why three slabs? So higher-value products get a lower effective rate, rewarding premium sellers without changing entry-level pricing.

For illustrators, graphic artists, architects & more
Note: Applicable to illustrators and designers on Uepaki, including (but not limited to) interior designers, architects, fashion illustrators, graphic designers, web designers, and decor artists.
Selling your original sketches, prints, designs, and illustrations on Uepaki is absolutely free — there’s no upfront or listing fee required.
A flat 10% commission is charged only after a successful sale of your design.
Sellers requesting withdrawals from their Uepaki wallet will incur a processing fee based on the selected withdrawal method. These charges are applied by third-party payment gateways and vary as follows:

Uepaki.com reserves the right to deduct applicable transaction charges imposed by third-party payment processors. Below is the fee structure applicable based on currency and method used for withdrawal:

Terms applicable in case of cancellations, delays, or project disputes
If a project is cancelled with mutual consent between the customer and the seller — and the first milestone has not been marked completed by either party — Uepaki.com may refund the entire project amount to the customer's Uepaki Wallet.
If the customer requests the refund back to their original payment method, a processing fee of ₹1,000 or 5% of the gross project amount (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
If a refund is initiated due to seller negligence or failure to deliver as committed, a full 10% project commission fee will be charged to the seller.
Such disputes also put the seller at risk of permanent account suspension on Uepaki.
Penalty of 0.5% of Product Price per day applies on delayed deliveries.
Note: If a delay is confirmed and the buyer seeks resolution through Uepaki.com, a 10% project fee will be charged to the seller as penalty.
If a price mismatch complaint isn't addressed within 72 hours of notification, a penalty of 0.25% of Product Price per day will apply until the seller updates the rate to match or fall below the customer's submitted price.
Seller accounts that remain inactive for more than 6 months will be charged an annual maintenance fee of up to ₹500. This covers profile hosting, portfolio storage, listing visibility, “Hire Me” access, and message history retention.
Note: This fee is refundable upon account reactivation and request from the seller.
