Customer or Employer will assure booking of services by making an advance pay amounting to 30% of the project or services fee which will be then assured with a valid contract agreement available on the website.
Seller can submit from the list of identity proofs available on website, issued and recognizable by government of their country. Students need to submit their valid college identity cards to get their account approved.
Sellers, if pre-register with Uepaki can enjoy a flat 90% Discount on their subscription fees for 3 months. Also, we will be accounting only the first 1000 sellers to participate in our very first competition cycle. Sellers who registered afterwards though get the chance to earn and participate in the competition cycle but their performance won’t be accounted for the personal branding support. Sellers are thereby advised to hurry and pre-register themselves soon to participate in the biggest competition cycle going to held soon.
Sellers performance will be evaluated after 6-8 successive competition cycles and those who will attain the top spots will get rewarded. Note: This is just a temptative idea of such benefits and can be awarded real soon as per Uepaki net profitability and performance in the industry.

For those sellers who are registering free of cost, though Uepaki does hold bring any monetory benefits but sellers will be entitled to participate in the very first competition cycle to be held amid final launch.
No, UEPAKI won’t refund any pre-registration amount as suitable benefits have been offered against the pre-registration.
GST amount won’t be returned back by UEPAKI, however sellers can take credit of that amount with their GST return filings.
Services once subscribed can be cancelled but no amount will be refunded back.
UEPAKI will evaluate seller scores on the basis of a series of factors including but not limited to ratings, reviews, feedback, performance, behavior, projects completion rate, etc.
Sellers have been given option to withdraw from the project out of their choice anytime.However, you will charge with heavy penalties and fines. However in case of any natural incident, death or calamity, UEPAKI can handover project to other sellers on customer requests and will mark the project cancelled on your end.
Sellers in that case can report the matter by raising a suitable ticket on their panel. Uepaki will too be monitoring designs and works of every seller listed on the platform. If any dublicacy identified, UEPAKI holds right to suspend sellers rightaway from the platform.
Such circumstances are expected to happen rare. But if any such case appear before us, the reasons behind the cancellation will be thoroughly analysed and sellers will be compensated with the amount held in security deposit after deducting necessary commission and deduction fees without any delay.
No, as per sellers performance over any competition cycle, sellers need to pay subscription fees as per the category they fall in. The details of the subscription fee can be find here.
UEPAKI welcomes your decision in case you get promoted but don’t want to subscribe to higher packages. However, the same doesn’t hold in case sellers get demoted as per their performance over the competition cycle.
UEPAKI milestones framework has been divided into multiple cycles of payments as defined by sellers while framing them. As an advance pay 30% of the project or service fee needs to be paid to book/order any services. Rest payments will be paid in accordance to the seller defined milestones. NOTE: The payment at the final phase can be paid via cash (amount not greater than 25000) or by visiting MY PROJECTS section under Account Section on the Website. UEPAKI holds the right to deduct its commission fees or any other subsequent charges from the final payment made to the sellers.
These three milestones stages will be applicable to all seller services. Customer need to pay these amount on times to avoid any delay in delivering product/services. For any delay in rendering of the services customers will be the themselves liable to bear late delivery of product or services. UEPAKI will not be responsible for any such grievances, however UEPAKI will time to time send reminder mails for timely payment.
1. Kindly note: sellers on successful completion of 1st milestone will be getting 50% of the amount charged from customers at every milestones. For e.g. If UEPAKI is charging 30% from Customers at first milestone then sellers will be getting 50% of those 30%. Rest amount will be held in Safety Deposit Account. (However If sellers want any amount which they require to get the project done then amounts can be claimed by raising invoicing to customers and get it approved. Admins on getting confirmation from customers end will then be able to transfer the needed amount).
2. If not approved by customers, then at the completion of next milestone sellers will be getting the left 50% during the first milestones plus 50% of the amount charged from customers during the second milestone. Sellers can again raise the invoices to customers and submit the approved invoices to UEPAKI. This process will be followed at successive milestones. This is done on account of limiting sellers withdraw from the project and causing customer dissatisfaction. UEPAKI will be deducting a commission of 10 % at every milestones for the services rendered.
3. We understand it might be unjustified to ask undergraduates & struggling sellers to submit security amount at the very first but since we don’t discriminate. On the other hand customer’s safety do matters. Therefore, in order to avoid sellers withdraw from the project in between or any grievance we will be holding a 10% amount from sellers first and successive projects, a max amount of INR 20000 to be kept as security deposit with us. The same will be handed over without any deduction when the seller cancel his/her registration with us.
