Before Employer/Buyer cancels a Service/Project, we recommend them to communicate with the Seller via the chat option given in the seller profile page and express his concerns so that the Freelancer has an opportunity to address them. Most issues can be sorted out efficiently with simple communication and Freelancers on UEPAKI.COM care about keeping their clients happy. If the Buyer/Employer is not able to communicate with the Freelancer or communication with the Freelancer is not working and the Buyer/Employer feels that the Freelancer is not adhering to the Rules of engagement then the Buyer can also contact UEPAKI.COMCustomer Support for assistance to get the Service/Project back on track.

After the Commencement of a Service/Project, the Buyer or Seller may request a cancellation:

  • Since user after browsing Designers/Freelancers profiles and after a detailed explanation via chat column allotted them work with their choice, UEPAKI.COM still if in case get a report against Freelancer for not meeting up to mark will check on its end and if find Freelancer not meeting the terms will mark that freelancer as defaulter and will return the justified amount back to user. (Note: Two chances will be provided to the freelancers at max to deliver the project as per customer satisfaction).The requestor must notify the other party of the cancellation by placing a message in the chat column. Alternatively, if there are funds in the Safe Deposit Account and the Buyer/Employer believes that they are entitled for a refund (subject to Section 1.2), the Buyer/Employer can notify the Freelancer of the cancellation by requesting a refund using the “Request Refund” action on the specified Chat Column.
  • If the Buyer/Employer fails to notify the Seller/Freelancer in the specified chat columnwithin 12 hours of allotment of project or at start of every milestones that he wishes to cancel the Project and the Project is subsequently initiated/completed, the Buyer/Employer must pay for the service delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Once notified of a cancellation:

  • The Freelancer should stop working on the Service/Project immediately;
  • The parties should agree in the specified chat column what payment is necessary for any work completed (or time spent, if it is a per hour Custom Project). If the cause of the cancellation was not due to the circumstances defined in Section 1.2 the Seller/Employer is entitled to request payment at minimum equal to the value of the deposit funds held in the Safe Deposit Account and will be refunded only in case Designers fault have been find out.

A Buyer is entitled to receive a refund of funds held in the Safe Deposit Account under the following circumstances.

  • No response: the Seller/Freelancer has not responded in the Chat Column within 1 day of proposal acceptance by the Buyer/Employer;
  • Non-delivery:
    • For Services, the Seller/Freelancer of the Service did not deliver the scope of work within the delivery timescale indicated in the Service or as agreed with the Buyer/Employer within the scope of UEPAKI.COM platform. For fixed price or price per item Custom Projects, non-delivery means agreed scope of work was not delivered within the agreed timescale;
    • For per hour rate Custom Projects no time has been spent.
  • Poor quality: With the exception of per hour rate Custom Projects, the deliverables provided by the Seller do not meet the terms defined after at least two revisions have been provided by the Seller/Freelancer in response to detailed feedback from the Buyer/Employer; or
  • The Seller/Freelancer lost a dispute.
    • Buyer/Employer and Seller/Freelancer may mutually agree to a refund for reasons other than the previous clause however authorization of such refunds will be subject to a review by UEPAKI.COM team, as defined in Section 1.3
    • Refunds are only applicable to funds held in the Safe Deposit Account. Funds should only be paid out of the Safe Deposit Account once the Buyer is satisfied that the Service/Project (or any agreed milestone deliverables) has been completed. By releasing funds from the Safe Deposit Account the Buyer accepts that this money is non-refundable.
    • Buyers/Employers should NEVER file a dispute or reverse a payment through their Credit Card Company or Bank. Attempts to seek refunds in this way will lead to the Buyer's account being permanently suspended and may attract legal actions.

A Buyers/Employers can request a refund of the funds held in the Safe Deposit Account using the “Request Refund” action in the specified Chat Column by specifying a reason for their request:

  • The Seller must either approve or reject the Refund Request. Rejected Refund Requestsare raised automatically to UEPAKI.COM for Dispute assistance
  • If the Seller does not respond to a Refund Request within three (3) working days (a “non- Actioned” Refund Request) then UEPAKI.COM may release the funds automatically back to the Buyer UEPAKI Wallets and if no such explanation will be provided by Sellers within 7 days, amount will be credited back to Designers account.
  • Poor quality: with the exception of per hour rate Custom Projects, the deliverables provided by the Seller do not meet the terms defined after at least two revisions have been provided by the Seller in response to detailed feedback from the Buyer; or
  • The Seller lost a Dispute.

UEPAKI.COM will process approved (or non-actioned) refund requests back to the Buyer's UEPAKI.COM Wallet subject to a review of the refund reason and circumstances to ensure that both parties have complied with these terms and conditions, and that the purpose of the refund is not to avoid any of the parties' obligations under these terms and conditions. If UEPAKI.COM reasonably believes that the parties have not complied with these terms and conditions or are seeking to avoid any such obligations UEPAKI.COM shall not be obliged to make the refund.

Users are strictly discouraged from causing cancellations and refunds. Refunds will impact Users standing in the UEPAKI.COM marketplace as follows:

  • Where the Seller is at fault for the refund (for example, due to no response, poor quality of work or they have cancelled the Project), it will negatively impact their Seller status and rankings;
  • Where the Buyer is found to be the cause for the refund (for example, an early cancellation due to a change in their business need) it will negatively impact their Buyer status;
  • Multiple refunds attributed to a User will lead to temporary and/ or permanent restrictions on their account depending upon the severity.

UEPAKI.COM will process approved (or non-actioned) refund requests back to the Buyer's UEPAKI.COM Wallet subject to a review of the refund reason and circumstances to ensure that both parties have complied with these terms and conditions, and that the purpose of the refund is not to avoid any of the parties' obligations under these terms and conditions. If UEPAKI.COM reasonably believes that the parties have not complied with these terms and conditions or are seeking to avoid any such obligations UEPAKI.COM shall not be obliged to make the refund.

  • A chargeback (being a challenge to a payment that a Buyer files directly with their credit card issuer) and a reversal instruction is made by the payment product issuer or third parties (such as payment processors) and not by us. We are bound to follow their instructions
  • You acknowledge and agree that we will be entitled to recover chargebacks and reversals that may be imposed on us by a payment product issuer or third parties (such as payment processors) on funds paid to you by Buyers through the Website
  • You agree that we may reverse any such payments made to you, which are subject to chargeback or reversal instruction via your payment product issuer or third parties (such as payment processors).

Sellers/Designers at are prohibited to engage in direct communication with buyers for any pre-sale, order, payments, shipping, post-sale or returns related matters. Designers are also not allowed to engage in direct or indirect marketing, communication with buyers at For specific product inquiries, warranties, shipping/delivery etc., UEPAKI can intermediate the communication between buyer and sellers. However, sellers/Designers should not be engaged in communication with the buyers.

UEPAKI is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of third parties and to providing a safe marketplace to trade. Unauthorized use or Infringement of copyrighted material and trademarks are strictly prohibited at

UEPAKI has zero tolerance for any intellectual property violations. Counterfeits, unauthorized replicas, unauthorized items (such as counterfeit watches, handbags, or other accessories) or unauthorized copies (such as copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television programs, or photographs) are not permitted at Unauthorized copies include (but are not limited to) copies that are pirated, duplicated, backed-up or bootlegged. It is illegal to sell unauthorized copies of media.

If the product(s) you are selling bears the name or logo of a company, but it wasn't made or endorsed by that company, don't list it at

Academic software is a software sold at significantly discounted prices to students, faculty members and educational institutions. Do not list academic copies of software at unless you are authorized to do so as an educational reseller, an educational institution, a student or a faculty member.

Beta software, test software and evaluation software are not permitted at Beta, test, and evaluation copies of software are preliminary copies of software distributed by software developers strictly for the purpose of evaluation and troubleshooting.

Do not list "OEM" or "bundled" copies of software at unless you are selling it with computer hardware. For Context, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or bundled software, is software that is obtained as part of the purchase of a new computer. OEM software licenses usually prohibit the purchaser from reselling the software without the computer or, in some cases, without any computer hardware.

Keyword spamming occurs when Designers/Sellers place brand names or other inappropriate keywords in a title or description for the purpose of gaining attention or diverting members to a listing. Keyword spamming in listings is not permitted on The text sellers place in listings must be directly relevant to the item being sold.

Keyword Abuse

Keywords that are not shown to the customer on and mobile app but are used to return results of listings when searched. Keyword abuse is the practice of including brand names or other in appropriate information in ‘keywords’ attribute. For example, using popular brands like ‘FastTrack', 'Titan’, etc.. While listing watches, when the product listed does not belong to the mentioned brand.

Brand Name and logo abuse

Including brand name or company logo in seller listing other than the specific brand name used by the company that has manufactured the listing is not allowed. Certain uses of brand names may constitute trademark infringement and could expose seller to legal liability. Sellers are permitted to use third-party company logos only if they have the license or permission to use such logos.

Catalogue attributes abuse

Catalogue attribute abuse is the practice of including misleading information in order to catch attention of customers. This not only results in wrong search results but also provides wrong information to customers

This UEPAKI Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is part of and incorporates by reference the User Agreement and the other Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Site after the last modified date will signify your acceptance of this Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement are defined in the User Agreement, elsewhere in the Terms of Service, or have the meanings given such terms on the Site.


UEPAKI offers several membership programs for UEPAKIs and Companies. For purposes of this Agreement, “Member” or “you” means a UEPAKIor Companyparticipating in a membership program.

UEPAKI reserves the right to change membership fees, change the monthly number of Chat leads included in the membership programs, change the price for additional Chat leads or institute new fees at any time, upon reasonable notice posted in advance on the Site. No refunds of fees already paid will be given. If UEPAKI exercises its right to cancel a membership, UEPAKI will not refund the membership fee already paid.


You must pay your UEPAKI membership fees through your UEPAKI Account. The membership billing period begins on the date that UEPAKI receives payment. UEPAKI membership fees are calculated from the beginning of that billing period. UEPAKI automatically renews your UEPAKI monthly membership, and you irrevocably authorize and instruct UEPAKI to make the required monthly payments to UEPAKI on your behalf as described in the User Agreement. Automatic renewal occurs on the first day after the expiration date.


If UEPAKI after the end of each competition cyclefound you compatible to get promoted or demoted UEPAKI will be then changing your membership program, the new program and, new billing period will then be based upon the date UEPAKI receives payment of the new membership fee. If you are promoted to higher category your membership will be upgraded accordingly, it will result in a new billing date effective upon the date of payment of the additional fees and, if applicable, will result in a credit of the unused portion of the existing category membership fees. If you don’t feel like moving in any case to upper category you can discontinue a membership plan by contacting customer support, the same doesn’t apply in opposite case, Also you will not receive a refund or credit for the fees already paid. The discontinue will go into effect at the beginning of the next billing period. UEPAKI reserves the right to modify its membership programs at any time, upon a reasonable notice posted in advance on the Site. UEPAKI on the end of each competition cycle has the right to charge as per the packages defined on the website, which applies in both the conditions if UEPAKI promote or demote after each competition cycle.

Please note the trust you build with your buyers will go away if you artificially start showing higher MRP, so that the selling price appears to be much better deal vs. what it actually is. Artificially increasing MRP is strictly prohibited at and any violation will result into account suspension.

Please note that trust is the most important aspect of trade between buyers and sellers in marketplace and one of the key aspects of trust is fair pricing. For healthy transaction flow at, we ask you to price your items responsibly. Please note that we are constantly monitoring prices for each Designer at various channels and do not allow you to price your items at higher prices at vs. other channels such as your own retail store, your own Website (if any) or any other 3rd party retail stores or Websites. You should price your items sold at to be same as the lowest rate you are selling at elsewhere or even lower but it should not be more. Violation of our pricing policy will result into warning notices and can also result into account suspension and/or store suspension.
