For sellers requesting withdrawal of funds from their wallets will be charged any fee, if incurred, while processing the payment to sellers designated mode of transfer. The charges for the various modes of transactions includes a small fee, which is as follows:

Project Refunds: In case, if a project gets cancelled with the mutual consent of both employer & seller, subject to the conditions that the first milestone hasn’t been market completed by both the parties, Uepaki.com holds the right to refund customer the project amount back to its user wallet. However, in case customer demands the project amount back to its preferred mode of payment, Uepaki is authorised to deduct a charge of Rs 1000 or 5% of the gross amount, whichever is maximum.
Dispute & Refund:In case if a project is refunded due to any reasons where sellers negligence has been identified as the reason, full project commission at 10% of project value will be charged as fee to the freelancer. Also, the "Freelancer" creates a risk of their account being suspended permanently.
Delayed Delivery of Work: In case if the “FREELANCER” created a delay in delivery of project in accordance to the committed deadlines, and buyer or employer seeks a resolution request from Uepaki.com, in such cases, our project fee valued at 105 will be charged as “Fee to the Freelancer”.
Maintenance Fee: Seller Accounts that have not logged in for six months will incur a maintenance fee of up to Rs.500 for a year until either the account is terminated or reactivated for storage, bandwidth, support and management costs of providing hosting of the user's profile, portfolio storage, listing in directories, provision of the “Hire Me” service, file storage and message storage. These fees will be refunded upon request by users on subsequent reactivation.
